Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 3 cups granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Fudge Base

  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 7 oz marshmallow fluff

Instructions

  • Prepare your ingredients by measuring them out and having them ready.
  • In a saucepan over high heat, combine butter, sugar, and evaporated milk. Bring to a boil while whisking continuously.
  • Let the mixture boil for five minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
  • Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips and stir until melted. Mix in marshmallow fluff and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Pour the fudge into a 9x9-inch baking dish lined with foil and greased. Spread evenly and refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.

Notes

Store Mom's Fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week or refrigerate for up to 3 weeks. Freeze for longer storage.
