Instructions
Prepare your ingredients by measuring them out and having them ready.
In a saucepan over high heat, combine butter, sugar, and evaporated milk. Bring to a boil while whisking continuously.
Let the mixture boil for five minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips and stir until melted. Mix in marshmallow fluff and vanilla extract until well combined.
Pour the fudge into a 9x9-inch baking dish lined with foil and greased. Spread evenly and refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
Notes
Store Mom's Fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week or refrigerate for up to 3 weeks. Freeze for longer storage.
