Ingredients

  • 1 lb Sausage
  • 1 cup red pepper
  • onion
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms
  • 2 garlic
  • milk
  • eggs
  • Bisquick
  • sage
  • pepper
  • 2 1/2 cups Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions

  • Brown the sausage in a skillet until fully cooked.
  • Sauté diced red pepper, onion, mushrooms, and garlic with the sausage.
  • Whisk milk, eggs, Bisquick, sage, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Mix 2 cups of Monterey Jack cheese into the skillet mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased pie plate, top with batter, and bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes.
  • Garnish with remaining cheese and bake until melted. Serve warm.
