Ingredients

Betty Crocker Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix

  • Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • Cream of Coconut (Cocoa Lopez or Goya)
  • Cool Whip
  • Baker's Angel Flake Coconut

Instructions

  • Prepare the Betty Crocker Chocolate Fudge cake mix as directed. Bake in a greased pan.
  • Poke holes in the warm cake and pour Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk over it.
  • Drizzle Cream of Coconut over the cake for a tropical flavor.
  • Refrigerate the cake to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Spread Cool Whip over the cake and sprinkle Baker's Angel Flake Coconut on top.
