Instructions
Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions, ensuring it remains al dente.
In a large frying pan, heat olive oil over medium heat, add the ground beef, breaking it into smaller chunks, and cook until mostly browned.
Add chopped onions, green pepper, and minced garlic to the beef. Cook until vegetables are tender.
Stir in seasonings and Worcestershire sauce. Add the canned tomatoes with their juices and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Combine the cooked macaroni with the beef mixture, cover and simmer for 2-3 minutes to blend the flavors.
