Ingredients

Essential Ingredients

  • 500 g ground beef lean
  • 200 g elbow macaroni
  • 400 g diced tomatoes canned, with juices

Additional Ingredients

  • 10 ml Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 green pepper chopped
  • 1 onion chopped

Instructions

  • Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions, ensuring it remains al dente.
  • In a large frying pan, heat olive oil over medium heat, add the ground beef, breaking it into smaller chunks, and cook until mostly browned.
  • Add chopped onions, green pepper, and minced garlic to the beef. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  • Stir in seasonings and Worcestershire sauce. Add the canned tomatoes with their juices and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  • Combine the cooked macaroni with the beef mixture, cover and simmer for 2-3 minutes to blend the flavors.
