  • 1 cup pecans chopped
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  • Combine cream cheese, white sugar, 1 egg, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture on the pie shell evenly.
  • Sprinkle chopped pecans over the cream cheese layer.
  • Mix the remaining eggs, brown sugar, and corn syrup, and pour over pecans.
  • Bake at 425°F for 10 minutes, then reduce to 375°F and continue baking for 25 minutes.
