Vanilla extract
Instructions
Mix the pecans, brown sugar, and graham cracker crumbs in a bowl.
Add maple syrup and rum extract mixed in water to the mixture and stir until clumps form.
Shape the mixture into 30 balls and chill in the freezer for 1 hour.
Melt chocolate and dip the balls in the chocolate, then chill until set before serving.
Notes
Store in the refrigerator for up to a week. Variations: experiment with different nuts, flavored chocolate, sea salt topping, or caramel drizzle.
