Ingredients

  • 7 oz. Melting chocolate
  • 2 ½ C. Chopped pecans
  • 1 C. Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 C. Packed brown sugar
  • 2-3 Tbsp. Maple syrup
  • ¼ C. Water
  • 1 tsp. Rum extract
  • 1 ½ tsp. Vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Mix the pecans, brown sugar, and graham cracker crumbs in a bowl.
  • Add maple syrup and rum extract mixed in water to the mixture and stir until clumps form.
  • Shape the mixture into 30 balls and chill in the freezer for 1 hour.
  • Melt chocolate and dip the balls in the chocolate, then chill until set before serving.

Notes

Store in the refrigerator for up to a week. Variations: experiment with different nuts, flavored chocolate, sea salt topping, or caramel drizzle.
