  • 2 1/2 cups pecans toasted and chopped
  • 1 cup graham crackers crushed
  • 1 cup brown sugar firmly packed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup bourbon, brandy, or spiced rum (non-alcoholic options available)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 7 oz dark chocolate bark (white chocolate can be used)
  • 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine pecans, graham crackers, brown sugar, and salt.
  • Add maple syrup, bourbon (or alternative), and vanilla to the mixture.
  • Use your hands to ensure the ingredients are well mixed.
  • Scoop a tablespoon-sized amount of the mixture and roll into balls.
