Instructions
Combine the cake mix, oil, eggs, water, and frosting in a mixing bowl until smooth.
Fold in the 1/2 cup of finely chopped pecans into the batter.
Spread the mixture into a well-greased 9x13 baking dish.
Bake at the pre-heated oven temperature for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
While the cake is still warm, melt butter with sweetened condensed milk in a pot over medium heat, stirring constantly.
After removing from heat, stir in the chopped pecans.
Spread this topping mixture over the warm cake and allow it to settle into the sponge before serving.
