Peppermint Balls are a festive no-bake treat combining the crunch of Rice Krispies, the sweetness of chocolate, and the refreshing burst of peppermint. Perfect for the holiday season!
Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Add mini marshmallows and stir until fully melted.
Remove from heat and stir in Rice Krispies cereal and crushed peppermint candies until well combined.
Grease your hands lightly and shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
Dip the top of each ball into the melted chocolate. Add holiday sprinkles if desired.
Let the balls set at room temperature until the chocolate hardens. Serve and enjoy!
