Ingredients

French Bread

  • 1 Loaf French bread

Ribeye Steak

  • 1 lb Ribeye steak, thinly sliced

Provolone Cheese

  • 8 slices Provolone cheese slices

Vegetables

  • 1 Bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 1 Mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Mayonnaise

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • Place the sliced bread open side up on a baking sheet and spread mayonnaise on top.
  • Layer half of the provolone cheese slices on the bread.
  • Brown the steak in oil, then season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Sauté the onions, peppers, and mushrooms in butter until softened.
  • Arrange the steak and vegetables on the bread, then top with the remaining cheese.
  • Bake for 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
