Granulated Sugar & Butter

Eggs & Vanilla Extract

  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

Crushed Pineapple

  • 19 oz Crushed Pineapple (Drained, keep the juice)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  • Whisk flour, baking soda, and sea salt in a bowl.
  • Cream sugar and butter, add eggs and vanilla.
  • Mix in flour mixture, then gently fold in pineapple.
  • Transfer batter to pan, bake for 55 minutes, cool, and glaze.
