Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cook the bacon until crispy. Reserve 2 tablespoons of drippings for sautéing the onions.
Sauté the diced onion in the reserved bacon drippings until tender and translucent.
In a greased baking dish, combine the cooked onions, chopped bacon, pork and beans, root beer, BBQ sauce, and hot sauce. Mix well.
