Instructions
Combine ground pork, ground beef, onions, carrots, ginger, black pepper, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl.
Beat eggs and soy sauce together, then mix them into the meat mixture.
Knead the mixture and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Place portion of filling on each egg roll wrapper, fold, and roll tightly.
Fry lumpia until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve with favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
Notes
For a vegetarian option, replace pork and beef with tofu or mushrooms. Experiment with different dipping sauces for added flavor.
