Instructions
Peel and dice the potatoes into small, even cubes to ensure they cook evenly.
Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes and cook for 3 minutes undisturbed.
Flip the potatoes and continue frying, stirring occasionally, until they are golden and crispy.
Add the sliced hot dogs and diced onion to the skillet. Stir and cook for 5-7 minutes until the onions are softened and the hot dogs are browned.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, optionally paired with ketchup or hot sauce.
