Beef bouillon cube

Beef brisket with the fat trimmed

BBQ sauce

Instructions
Combine the dry rub ingredients and coat the beef brisket evenly.
Bake the seasoned brisket in the oven at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
Whisk together the bouillon, water, BBQ sauce, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
Place the brisket in the slow cooker and pour the liquid mixture over it. Cook on low heat for 8-10 hours.
Shred the cooked brisket using forks and coat it with more BBQ sauce. Broil for a crispy finish.
Notes
Leftover brisket can be refrigerated or frozen. Experiment with spice blends or try pork shoulder as a meat alternative.
