Ingredients

Beef Brisket

  • Beef Brisket high-quality

Dry Rub

  • salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, celery seed, chili powder

Sauce

  • A1 sauce, mustard sauce, liquid smoke (optional), chili sauce, ketchup, cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • Mix all the dry rub ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Rub the dry mix on the brisket and marinate it overnight, if possible, or for at least 4-5 hours.
  • Combine all the sauce ingredients and add half of it to the slow cooker with the marinated brisket.
  • Cook on low flame for 8 hours or on high flame for 4-5 hours. Slow cooking enhances the flavors and tenderness of the meat.
  • Serve the brisket hot and fresh, adding the remaining sauce on top for an extra burst of flavor.

Notes

For leftovers, store the brisket in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. To freeze, portion the brisket and store it in a freezer-safe container for up to three months. Reheat gently in the microwave or oven.
