Ingredients

  • 2 cans (21 oz each) peach pie filling
  • 1 box (15.25 oz) vanilla cake mix
  • 1/2 cup salted butter cubed
  • vanilla ice cream optional for serving
  • caramel sauce optional for serving

Instructions

  • Spray a 6-quart or larger slow cooker insert with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Spread the peach pie filling evenly at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the peach filling.
  • Place the cubed butter evenly on top of the cake mix.
  • Cover the slow cooker and cook on high for 2 1/2 hours until the cobbler is bubbly and golden brown on top.
  • Allow the cobbler to cool for 15 minutes before serving.
  • Serve warm with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce if desired.

Notes

For easy serving, consider dividing the cobbler mixture into smaller oven-safe ramekins. Leftovers can be refrigerated for 3-4 days and reheated before serving.
