Instructions
Boil the jumbo shell pasta until al dente, then drain and rinse with cold water.
Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain any excess fat. Add minced garlic and sauté for another 30 seconds.
Mix in the taco seasoning, cream cheese, and salsa. Stir until the cream cheese melts and the mixture is well combined.
Stuff each cooked pasta shell with the beef mixture and place them in a greased 9x13 baking dish.
Top with shredded cheese and bake in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
Notes
This dish can be prepared ahead of time and can be easily adapted to include different proteins or vegetarian options.
