Ingredients

Pasta

  • 12 pcs jumbo shell pasta

Filling

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 4 tbsp green onions chopped

Topping

  • 1 cup shredded taco blend cheese

Instructions

  • Boil the jumbo shell pasta until al dente, then drain and rinse with cold water.
  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain any excess fat. Add minced garlic and sauté for another 30 seconds.
  • Mix in the taco seasoning, cream cheese, and salsa. Stir until the cream cheese melts and the mixture is well combined.
  • Stuff each cooked pasta shell with the beef mixture and place them in a greased 9x13 baking dish.
  • Top with shredded cheese and bake in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.

Notes

This dish can be prepared ahead of time and can be easily adapted to include different proteins or vegetarian options.
