Ingredients

  • Jumbo pasta shells
  • lb Lean ground beef
  • packet Taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese Shredded

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  • Step 2: Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to the package instructions, then set aside.
  • Step 3: Brown the lean ground beef in a pot, then drain any excess fat. Add taco seasoning and water, mix well. Stir in salsa and shredded cheese until combined.
  • Step 4: Spoon the beef mixture into each pasta shell. Arrange filled shells in the baking dish. Top with salsa and cheese, then cover with foil. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
