Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter creamy
  • 3 tbsp softened butter (Salted)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips for coating
  • 1 tbsp oil (coconut/vegetable) used to smoothen the melted chocolate

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine peanut butter and softened butter. Gradually add the powdered sugar and mix until smooth. Cover the bowl and chill in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  • Remove the dough from the fridge and shape it into small balls with your hands. Place the balls on a tray and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  • Melt the chocolate chips following the package instructions. Dip the peanut butter balls in the melted chocolate using a fork and place them on parchment paper.
  • Refrigerate the tray until the chocolate coating sets. Serve chilled.

Notes

Peanut Butter Balls can be frozen for up to a month. Thaw as desired before serving. Experiment with different variations and substitutions for a personalized touch.
