Garlic Butter and Cheese Spread
- 3 heads Garlic
- 1 cup Butter, softened
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
Roast the garlic heads at 375ºF until caramelized, then squeeze out the softened cloves.
Mix softened butter, cheeses, salt, pepper, parsley, and roasted garlic until well blended.
Spread the cheesy mixture generously on Texas toast slices.
Bake at 375ºF for 7-10 minutes until the cheese turns golden and bubbly.
