Ingredients

  • 8 Flour tortillas 8-inch, plain or flavored
  • 16 ounces Cream cheese softened
  • 1 packet Ranch dressing mix
  • 1/2 cup Diced green onions
  • 1/2 cup Chopped black olives
  • 1 cup Diced bell peppers red and green for color
  • 1/4 cup Diced celery

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and ranch dressing mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Fold in the green onions, black olives, celery, and bell peppers, mixing until the vegetables are evenly distributed.
  • Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla, covering the entire surface.
  • Roll each tortilla tightly into a log. Wrap the logs in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours to firm up.
  • Unwrap the chilled rolls and slice into ½-inch thick pieces. Arrange the slices on a platter and serve.
