Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until done. Set aside.
In the same skillet, add garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and butter. Pour in the white wine and simmer.
Reserve some sauce, then mix in broth and rice. Simmer until cooked.
Add chicken back to the skillet, pour reserved sauce over it. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve hot.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days. Reheat before serving for best taste.
