Ingredients

Chicken Tenderloins

  • 1 lb chicken tenderloins
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Rice Dish

  • 2 cups white rice
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup white cooking wine

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until done. Set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and butter. Pour in the white wine and simmer.
  • Reserve some sauce, then mix in broth and rice. Simmer until cooked.
  • Add chicken back to the skillet, pour reserved sauce over it. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve hot.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days. Reheat before serving for best taste.
