Instructions
Preheat oven and prepare the ham: Remove excess fat, score the ham, and place it in a roasting pan.
Bake the ham: Cook at 325°F, basting occasionally, until it reaches 160°F internally.
Make the glaze: Combine mustard, brown sugar, honey, and cinnamon.
Glaze the ham: Apply the glaze during the last 45 minutes of cooking.

Notes
