Ingredients

  • 10-12 lb uncooked shank portion ham
  • 3 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven and prepare the ham: Remove excess fat, score the ham, and place it in a roasting pan.
  • Bake the ham: Cook at 325°F, basting occasionally, until it reaches 160°F internally.
  • Make the glaze: Combine mustard, brown sugar, honey, and cinnamon.
  • Glaze the ham: Apply the glaze during the last 45 minutes of cooking.
  • Rest and slice: Let the ham rest before slicing thin for serving.

Notes

Leftover ham can be stored in the refrigerator for 4-5 days or frozen for up to 2-3 months. Reheat slices in a 325°F oven.
