Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Cook the beef and onion until browned. Drain excess grease.
Mix rosemary, garlic powder, soup, cream, broth, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Layer sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish.
Add soup mixture and half of the meat over the potatoes.
Layer more potatoes, soup mixture, and remaining meat.
Top with remaining soup mixture and cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat until warmed through before serving.
