Ingredients

Potatoes

  • 5 Potatoes peeled and thinly sliced

Beef Mixture

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1/2 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 tsp Rosemary dried
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 1/2 cups Shredded Cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cook the beef and onion until browned. Drain excess grease.
  • Mix rosemary, garlic powder, soup, cream, broth, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Layer sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish.
  • Add soup mixture and half of the meat over the potatoes.
  • Layer more potatoes, soup mixture, and remaining meat.
  • Top with remaining soup mixture and cheese.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat until warmed through before serving.
