This Philly Cheesesteak Casserole recipe brings the classic flavors of a Philly cheesesteak into a comforting, cheesy one-dish meal. Packed with ground beef, sautéed vegetables, and gooey provolone cheese, it’s the ultimate family-friendly dinner.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9 baking dish with non-stick spray.
In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until partially browned. Add the diced onions and bell peppers, and cook until softened and the beef is fully browned.
Add the minced garlic and seasoned salt to the skillet. Stir and cook for another 30 seconds.
Transfer the beef mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly. Layer provolone cheese slices on top to fully cover the beef.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth. Pour the mixture evenly over the beef and cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35–40 minutes, or until the casserole is set and golden on top. Let cool slightly before serving.
