Ribeye steak with bone (approximately 24 ounces)
room temperature
Salt and pepper

Olive or canola oil

Unsalted butter

Garlic cloves, smashed
Fresh thyme and rosemary
Instructions
Pat the steak dry and season with salt and pepper
Heat a cast-iron skillet, add oil and butter, sear the steak
