I like Paula Deen. I have been following her and despite what happened a few years back about the issue that caused her career, still, she’s a pretty good cook. I learned a lot from her just by watching her show. And I must admit I am constantly following her blog. And one of my favorites is this no-fuss, super simple, straightforward 5-minute Fudge. I stumbled upon this recipe by accident. I was just visiting her blog and checking for a new main course to try. I am not into treats so much unless I am in the mood or I need to make some for the kids or to bring to potlucks. But heck this recipe instantly caught my attention. She made this fudge so effortlessly quick and it’s just so fun to watch. I gave it a try but I failed, then, I watched her video again and whew! I had so much fun making this fudge and yes, it tastes like the real thing! The flavors are wonderful, it has everything my kids love from chocolate, marshmallows, to nuts. The fudge is soft, chewy, and a little goes a long way. The kids dig this 5-minute fudge and it is something that I will be making quite often. It is easy, quick, and it hits the sweet spot.
