The perfect breakfast! I have loved this Peanut Butter and Banana French Toast since I was a kid. My mom always made this for us. Until now, she makes sure that we eat the best breakfast meals especially this. This is very simple to make. I have listed all the steps so make sure to follow them step by step. They will guide you to perfection! Use your favorite type of banana in this recipe just to make sure that you enjoy it very well. Feel free to add more ingredients even though it is perfect the way it is. Give it your take. This will surely bring a big smile to your face. Modify the ingredients if you are serving for two or more people. By the way, do not overcook the bread because it would ruin the whole sandwich. Just to be safe, cook both sides for 1 minute just until it becomes slightly toasted.
