Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook Time: 20 mins | Total Time: 30 mins | Yield: 12 Mini Burgers
These burgers are better than McDonald’s! Yes, I kid you not! You just have to try it to taste it yourself. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 pkg of 12 Dinner Rolls
2 pounds of Ground Beef
1 Small Yellow Onion, Minced Fine
12 slices of Kraft American Cheese
1 c of Shredded Lettuce
12 to 15 Hamburger Dill Pickles (slices)
1/3 cup of Thousand Island Dressing
2 Eggs, whisked
1 Tablespoon of Toasted Sesame Seeds
1 Tablespoon of Butter, melted
2 teaspoon of Salt (or to taste)
2 teaspoon of Garlic Powder (or to taste)
1 teaspoon of Black Pepper (or to taste)
2 tablespoons of Minced Onion (or to taste)
Directions:
Step 1: In a medium mixing bowl, add the ground beef, garlic powder, minced onion, egg, salt, and pepper. Stir until just combined. Add more seasonings if needed.
Step 2: Divide the mixture between two rectangles.
Step 3: Place the two rectangles on a cookie sheet and top it each with minced onions.
Step 4: Place the cookie sheets inside the oven and bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees F or until done.
Step 5: Meanwhile, slice 6 buns into two.
Step 6: Spread two tablespoons of a thousand island dressing on top of each bun.
Step 7: Remove the meat from the oven and discard any excess grease.
Step 8: Top every 6 buns with the meat patties.
Step 9: Top each meat with a slice of cheese.
Step 10: Put them back inside the oven and allow the cheese to melt.
Step 11: Remove from the oven and spread minced onion on top of the whole patty followed by the pickles and lettuce.
Step 12: Cover each bun with another bun, and then brush melted butter on top of the upper bun.
Step 13: Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Step 14: Slice the burger into your preferred size.
Step 15: Serve and enjoy!
