2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional but highly recommended)

Step 2: Apply cooking spray in a large baking dish.
Step 3: Use a fork to poke holes around the tenderloins.
Step 4: Generously grease the tenderloins.
