Ingredients:
10 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (about 3 lbs, trimmed)
1 tablespoon BAKING POWDER (do NOT use baking soda, it’s NOT the same)
2 teaspoons kosher salt (plus more to taste)
2 teaspoons sweet paprika
1 teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoons Buffalo wing sauce
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 225 degrees C or 450 degrees F.
Step 2: Use paper towels to pat dry the chicken.
Step 3: Season the chicken thighs with paprika, baking powder, salt, and pepper mixture. Use your hands to rub it all over.
Step 4: Arrange the seasoned chicken thighs into the cooking rack. Make sure to leave a space between each chicken thigh.
Step 5: Line with aluminium foil a large baking sheet, then transfer the chicken thighs in it.
Step 6: Bake inside the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until done.
Step 7: Remove the chicken thighs from the oven and allow them to sit at room temperature.
Step 8: In a mixing bowl, add your preferred sauce, then add the chicken thighs. Toss until well coated with the sauce.
Step 9: Serve and enjoy!
