I have never tried anything like this before! I never thought that chicken wings were this easy to cook! A big thanks to my dear friend, Kat, for this awesome recipe! Oh, man, you have got to give this one a try, I’m telling you! Feel free to add more ingredients if you prefer. I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you need to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! Have a blessed day, friends, and I hope you are all well today! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
3 pounds chicken wings, split, tips removed
2 tbsp butter, melted
2 tsp Diamond Crystal kosher salt (if using fine salt, you might want to use less)
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika (or smoked paprika)
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
Step 2: Line with aluminium foil two rimmed baking sheets.
Step 3: Add the chicken wings and melted butter into a large mixing bowl. Toss until well combined.
Step 4: Transfer the chicken wings onto wire racks and arrange them. Make sure to leave a space between each chicken wing. Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Step 5: Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes or until done.
Step 6: Remove from the oven.
Step 7: Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes:
1. You can skip the melted butter. Instead, drizzle the chicken with olive oil.
2. Serve these luscious wings with fries and chips.
