Ingredients:
2 Eggs
¾ c milk
¾ c Italian breadcrumbs
2 lbs ground beef
⅓ c onion diced
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
salt & pepper to taste
Meatloaf Sauce
½ c chilli sauce
½ c ketchup
2 tbsp brown sugar optional
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Line with foil a baking tray, then apply cooking spray on it.
Step 3: Add eggs, breadcrumbs, and milk into a medium mixing bowl. Stir until well combined. Let it rest for about 10 minutes.
Step 4: Add onions, ground beef, Italian seasoning, chilli sauce, salt, pepper, and parsley into the bowl with the egg mixture. Stir until well combined.
Step 5: Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking tray and spread it evenly.
Step 6: Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 40 minutes.
Step 7: In a mixing bowl, add ketchup and chilli sauce. Stir until well combined.
Step 8: Remove the meatloaf from the oven and spread the ketchup mixture on top.
Step 9: Put it back inside the oven and bake for another 15 minutes or until done.
Step 10: Remove from the oven and allow the meatloaf to cool for at least 10 minutes.
Step 11: Slice the meatloaf into small cuts.
Step 12: Serve and enjoy!
