I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you need to do is to follow them for they will guide you to perfection! Oh, man, you are so in for a treat! Ingredients:
6-8 ears of corn, husks, and silks removed and cut in half (if desired)
1 c milk
1 stick Challenge butter
Directions:
1. Place a large pot with enough water to submerge the corn on the stove. Turn the heat to high and allow the water to boil.
2. Add milk and butter and stir until just mixed.
3. Add the corn, then turn the heat down to low.
4. Simmer the corn for about 8 minutes.
5. Remove from the heat.
6. Ladle into servings bowls.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
