This One-Pot Taco Spaghetti is just too perfect! I can’t believe how delicious this dish is. A big thanks to my good friend, Amanda, for recommending this awesome recipe. I never would have tasted perfection if it wasn’t for you. I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you need to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! As perfect as this recipe already is, feel free to add more ingredients to it if you wish. I am sure that you can do a lot to make this even better! Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef*
1 (1.25 oz.) package taco seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
1 (10 oz. can) Ro*Tel® Mild Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp tomato paste
8 oz. spaghetti
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro leaves
1 Roma tomato, diced
1/2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
1. Place a large Dutch oven on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
2. Add olive oil and allow it to become hot.
3. Add the ground beef, then stir and cook for 5 minutes or until crumbly and brown.
4. Add the taco seasoning, then stir until well mixed. Discard any excess grease.
5. Add the tomato paste, Rotel, 3 cups of water, and spaghetti. Stir until well combined.
6. Allow the water to boil, then turn the heat down to medium. Cover and simmer the pasta for 13 minutes or until al dente.
7. Remove the pot from the stove, then add the cheese on top. Cover again and allow the cheese to melt completely.
8. Top each serving with cilantro and tomato.
9. Serve and enjoy!
