Ingredients:
2 c (8-oz.) shredded medium cheddar cheese
1/2 c whole milk
1 (28 oz.) package frozen cubed hash browns with peppers and onions, thawed
12 large Eggs
1 lb. Jones Dairy Farm Cherrywood Smoked Bacon, cooked and chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
12 oz. of Jones Dairy Farm Breakfast Sausage Rolls
1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.
2. Apply melted butter in a 9×13-inch baking pan. Make sure to cover the entire bottom.
3. Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
4. Add the sausage, then cook until crumbly and brown.
5. Transfer the browned sausage into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
6. Add the hash browns, bacon, and cheese into the baking dish together with the sausage. Toss everything until well combined.
7. In a mixing bowl, add garlic, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
8. Pour the egg mixture over the hash brown layer, then spread it evenly.
9. Place the baking pan inside the preheated oven and bake for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean after inserting it in the middle.
10. Remove from the oven and allow it to rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
11. Serve warm and enjoy!

Feel free to prepare this one day before. Put it inside the fridge, then bake in the morning.
