Ingredients:
1 pound (0.4 kg) shrimp, shelled, deveined, tail-in
12 ounces (340 g) of smoked sausage, cut into pieces (Hillshire Smoked Sausage Rope)
8 ounces (226 g) of baby potatoes, cut into halves
2 ears of corn on the cob, cut into 2-inch pieces
Water, for boiling
1 tbsp chopped parsley, for garnishing
4 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
CAJUN BUTTER
1 1/2 tbsp Cajun seasoning (McCormick)
6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Directions:
1. Add water into a stockpot. Make sure that it is only half full.
2. Place the pot on the stove and turn the heat to high. Allow the water to boil.
3. Add the corn, baby potatoes, and Old Bay Seasoning. Stir until just mixed. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes or until soft.
4. In a mixing bowl, add the Cajun seasoning and melted butter. Stir until well blended.
5. Add the shrimp and smoked sausage into the pot, then cook for a minute.
6. Remove the pot from the stove, then drain everything into a colander.
7. Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to high.
8. Add the butter mixture and allow it to melt.
9. Add the shrimp mixture and stir until well-coated with the sauce.
10. Transfer everything onto a sheet pan.
11. Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on top to garnish.
12. Serve hot and enjoy!
