I love dinner rolls, especially this recipe! I got this last month, and I fell in love with it instantly! Oh, man, you are so in for a treat! Ingredients:
3 ¾- 4 c (468.75 – 500 g) of all-purpose flour
¼ c (50 g) sugar
4 tbsp (56.7 g) butter, softened
¾ c (187.5 ml) water
2 1/4–3 tsp (7 -10 grams) rapid rise yeast
¾ c (183 ml) milk
1 1/2 tsp (8.5 g) salt

Melted butter
Directions:
1. Apply cooking spray to a 9×13-inch baking pan.
2. In a heat-proof bowl, add the sugar, butter, milk, salt, and warm water. Stir until well blended.
3. Place the bowl inside the microwave, then heat for 1 minute.
4. Transfer the mixture into the bowl of a stand mixer.
5. Add yeast and 3 1/2 cups of flour. Beat until well incorporated. Add more if needed.
6. Replace with the hook dough, then beat for another 6 minutes.
7. Slice the dough into 15 even pieces, then roll each to shape into a ball.
8. Apply cooking spray in a 9×13-inch pan.
9. Arrange the balls in the prepared pan.
10. Cover with a clean cloth and allow them to rise for 20 minutes at room temperature.
11. Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
12. Place them in the preheated oven and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
13. Remove from the oven, then immediately brush each with melted butter.
14. Allow the rolls to rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
15. Serve and enjoy!
Note:
Feel free to use oil instead of butter.
