I’ve always been a fan of this recipe. It’s just very simple to make. In just 35 minutes, you can have the perfect breakfast food! These Ham and Cheese Egg Muffins are insanely good! Perfect to eat when you have a massive hangover! Allow me to share this recipe with you! I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you need to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! Serve these delicious treats with your favorite cup of coffee, and you have yourself a breakfast to remember. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
8 oz. ham steak, cubed
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 green onions, sliced thin
12 large Eggs
1/2 c milk (I used skim)
3/4 c shredded cheddar cheese divided
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Directions:
1. Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
2. Apply cooking spray to a muffin tin.
3. Add the spices, eggs, and milk into a large mixing bowl. Whisk until well blended.
4. Add the green onions, 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, and ham. Stir until well mixed.
5. Transfer the batter to the prepared muffin tins and spread it evenly.
6. Add the rest of the cheese over the tins.
7. Place them inside the preheated oven and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
8. Remove from the oven and allow the muffins to rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
9. Serve and enjoy!
Notes:
Place any leftovers in an airtight container, then place them inside the fridge. They can last up to 4 days or 3 months in the freezer. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
