I am back with the most amazing recipe! These Butter Swim Biscuits swam in a buttery mixture! They taste insanely delicious and they can go with pretty much anything! You can eat them for breakfast, lunch, dinner, you name it, and they would taste awesome! I like to eat these biscuits with a bit of jam. Try it and thank me later!

Ingredients:
4 teaspoons sugar
2 c buttermilk
2 teaspoons salt
2 1/2 c all-purpose flour
1 stick butter
4 teaspoons baking powder
Directions:
1. Prepare the oven and preheat to 225 degrees C or 450 degrees F.
2. In a mixing bowl, add sugar, all-purpose flour, salt, and baking powder. Whisk until well incorporated.
3. Add the buttermilk into the bowl with the dry ingredients, then whisk everything until a moist dough forms.
4. Add butter into a heat-proof bowl, then place it inside the microwave and heat for about a minute or until melted completely.
5. Transfer the melted butter into an 8×8-inch baking dish and spread it evenly to cover the entire bottom.
6. Put the dough over the melted butter and spread it evenly.
7. Slice the prepared dough into 9 even squares.
8. Place the baking dish inside the preheated oven and bake the dough biscuits for about 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
9. Remove from the oven and let the biscuits rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
10. Serve warm with raspberry jam. Enjoy!
Notes:
You can serve these biscuits with anything!
It’s important to have enough space in the pan you are using because the butter might overflow while baking.
