Chocolate heaven! These Lunch Lady Brownies are packed with chocolate flavor. They are very moist on the inside. Each bite is just pure heaven! Serve these delicious treats with your favorite cup of coffee, sit on your porch, and you have yourself something to remember! I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you need to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! Ingredients:
2 c all-purpose flour
4 large Eggs
1/2 c unsweetened cocoa powder
4 tsp vanilla extract
2 c granulated sugar
1 c butter, melted
Chocolate Frosting:
3 c powdered sugar
1/4 c unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 c butter, softened
1/4 c milk I use 2%
Directions:
For the Cake:
1. Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
2. Line with aluminium foil into a 9×13-inch baking dish, then add cooking spray to it.
3. Add cocoa powder and melted butter into the bowl of a stand mixer. Beat for a few minutes until smooth.
4. Add sugar and flour, then beat until well mixed.
5. Add vanilla and eggs, then beat again until just blended.
6. Move the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
7. Place the baking dish inside the preheated oven and bake the batter for about 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean after inserting it in the middle.
8. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool completely at room temperature. Prepare the frosting.
To make the Chocolate Frosting:
1. In a mixing bowl, add sugar, butter, cocoa powder, and milk. Whisk everything until well blended.
2. Pour the frosting over the cooled cake and spread it evenly.
3. Slice the cake.
4. Serve and enjoy!
