You don’t need to bake this pie! Yes, you read it right! This Cream Cheese Lemonade Pie is insanely delicious! Ready in just 4 hours, your family and friends will surely love this spectacular pie! The ingredients for this recipe are very simple to find. I’m pretty sure they have them in your local grocery store! Give this one a try, and I promise you that it is worth the time. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
For the Creamy Pie:
2 8-ounce packages of cream cheese
¾ c frozen lemonade concentrate
1 3.4-ounce box of instant lemon pudding mix, one small box
1 5-ounce can of Evaporated milk
For the Pie Crust:
2/3 c butter, melted
1/3 c sugar
2 ½ c Graham cracker crumbs
Directions:
To Make the Pie Crust:
1. Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
2. In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients for the pie. Whisk until well incorporated.
3. Pour the mixture into a pie dish and spread it evenly.
4. Add the Graham cracker crumbs into the pie dish, then press them evenly.
5. Place the pie dish inside the preheated oven and bake for about 10 to 12 minutes or until done.
6. Remove the crust from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes.
To Make the Creamy Pie:
1. In a mixing bowl, add pudding mix and evaporated milk. Beat for about 2 minutes until well blended.
2. Add the cream cheese and beat for 3 more minutes or until smooth.
3. Add the concentrated lemonade gradually into the bowl with the pudding mix, then beat until well blended.
4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared crust and spread it evenly. Cover with plastic wrap.
5. Place it inside the fridge to chill for 4 hours.
6. Serve chilled and enjoy!
