That way, you have plenty of time to prepare! Anyway, invite your friends over and surprise them with this spectacular cake. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 container of Chocolate Frosting
2 small boxes (3.4 ounces) of Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
4 c Milk
1 box Yellow Cake Mix (plus box ingredients)
Directions:
1. Refer to the directions provided on the package of the Yellow Cake Mix on how to prepare it. Bake until done and allow it to cool for a few minutes at room temperature.
2. Use a fork to poke small holes all over the warm cake.
3. In a mixing bowl, add the pudding and milk. Stir until well incorporated.
4. Place the budding over the holes on the cake. Put it inside the fridge to chill for a few hours.
5. Add the frosting into a heat-proof bowl, then place it inside the microwave and heat for 15 seconds intervals. Stir until smooth.
6. Remove the cake from the fridge, then pour the frosting over and spread it evenly.
7. Put the cake back in the fridge to chill for a few more hours.
8. Serve and enjoy!
Notes:
Make sure to poke small holes over the cake so the frosting gets inside. Every bite is so delicious this way!
Make sure to keep this cake chilled in the fridge before serving. The frosting gets too messy at room temperature for a long time.
