These amazing no-bake energy balls are my newest favorite! Super easy to throw together using just six simple ingredients. These energy balls are the perfect healthy breakfast or snack.
These are the best protein energy balls! These taste like cookie dough with 6 grams of protein in each ball. I have made these energy balls many times already and I am still obsessed! These are the ultimate little bites that will surely knock out your sweet cravings!
I always make sure to whip up a big batch of these energy balls. These energy balls are excellent when I need something fast. Also, these energy balls are very versatile. You can use your favorite protein powder to make them. You can also easily make them vegan by simply using your preferred vegan protein powder. Or if you want to switch things up, you can use half each of the vanilla and chocolate protein powder.

1 ½ c. no-stir creamy peanut butter
½ c. vanilla protein powder
1 ⅓ c. old-fashioned oats (rolled oats)

How to make No Bake Energy Balls
Step 1: Into a mixing bowl, place the no-stir creamy peanut butter, honey, rolled oats, vanilla protein powder, salt, and mini dark chocolate chips. Mix well using a rubber spatula until combined.
Step 2: Onto a wax paper-covered cookie sheet, drop the cookie batter (I used a mini cookie scoop, but you can also use a spoon.) The size of each cookie batter should be about 1 inch.
Step 3: Using your hands, roll the energy balls.
Step 4: On the fridge, let the energy bites set for about an hour or until the balls hardened.
Step 5: To a Ziploc bag, transfer the energy balls and keep them in the freeze.
