Ingredients:
1 tsp avocado, olive, or grapeseed Oil
1/2 tsp coarse sea salt
4 medium Russet potatoes, washed
Directions:
1. Prepare the Air Fryer and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
2. Drizzle oil over the washed potatoes, then rub each until well coated.
3. Place the potatoes into the basket of the Air Fryer and arrange them in a single layer.
4. Sprinkle sea salt over the potatoes.
5. Cook the potatoes for about 40 to 50 minutes. Make sure to turn them over half the cooking time to cook the other sides. When fork-tender, remove them from the Air Fryer.
6. Slice lengthwise, each potato in the middle.
7. Open each potato, then sprinkle salt and pepper.
8. Add butter on top and your favorite toppings.
9. Serve and enjoy!
Notes:
Cooking time may vary on the size of the potatoes. It is important to check them from time to time with a fork. They should be fork-tender.
Top these Baked Potatoes with bacon, chives, sour cream, green onions, and cheese.
Make sure to rub each potato with oil if you want crispy skin! Only use high heat oil like avocado oil. I don’t recommend using olive oil.
If you want to turn these potatoes into a complete meal, then you should consider these combinations.
Salsa, taco meat, cilantro, shredded cheese, and sour cream.
Shredded Chicken, cooked broccoli, and shredded cheddar cheese.
Shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, crumbled bacon, and BBQ sauce.
Shredded cheese, onion slices, and Sloppy Joe meat.
