I love this air fryer recipe. The shrimp always come out juicy, plump, and perfectly seasoned. The best part is I can easily throw this together in just 8 minutes using pantry staples!
I am obsessed with air fryer recipes! They are convenient, easy, and quick. I have already tried different air fryer recipes and I have my favorites. And this air fryer shrimp comes out as one of my top favorites! This recipe is perfect even for those who never cooked shrimp before.
To make this recipe, all you need are just a couple of simple ingredients you already have on hand. Toss the shrimp and place them in your air fryer basket. Set to cook and in minutes you have the best shrimp you’ll ever make! This delicious shrimp is great to serve as a main dish with pasta or rice. You can also use them as a taco filling with some fresh veggies and salad. Also, these are wonderful to use as a topping on your salad for a light meal.
To store any leftovers, place them in a container with a lid and keep them for up to 3 days in the fridge. Before serving, reheat the shrimp in the air fryer or microwave for a few minutes.
2 tsp olive oil
1 pound shrimp
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp paprika
½ tsp Italian seasoning
How to make Air Fryer Shrimp
Step 1: Clean the shrimp and remove the shells and veins. Run the shrimp under tap water, then pat them dry using a paper towel.
Step 2: In a small bowl, whisk the oil and seasoning. On both sides, brush the shrimp with the seasoning mixture.
Step 3: In an air fryer basket or rack, arrange the shrimp in a single layer.
Step 4: Set to cook for 8 minutes at 400 degrees F.
Step 5: Serve the shrimp immediately. Enjoy!
For this recipe, I suggest using medium or jumbo-size shrimp.
