I have never tried anything like this before and I am so glad that I did because I never would have tasted perfection! Oh, man, you need this Avocado Cloud Bread in your life, I’m telling you! I love how the avocado compliments very well with the rest of the ingredients to make such delicious bread! Prepare your coffee and you all have a wonderful day. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons (about 39 grams) mashed avocado needs to be mashed first before measuring
¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
3 large eggs separated
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
Directions:
1. Prepare the oven and preheat to 150 degrees C or 300 degrees F.
2. Line with parchment paper two baking sheets.
3. Add mashed avocado, egg yolks, garlic powder, and onion powder into a large mixing bowl. Beat until well mixed.
4. In the bowl of the stand mixer, add the cream of tartar and egg whites. Beat until stiff peaks form.
5. Gradually transfer the egg whites into the bowl with the avocado mixture, then beat until well mixed.
6. Scoop 1/4 cup of the batter, then put it onto a baking sheet. Repeat the process until everything is arranged in layers. Make sure to leave a space between each scoop.
7. Gently flatten each dough to about 3-inch circles.
8. Sprinkle sesame seeds over each dough.
9. Place them inside the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
10. Remove from the oven and baking sheet. Allow the bread to cool completely at room temperature.
11. Serve warm and enjoy!
