This salad is not your typical salad. It’s an amazing variation of the classic pasta salad that is bursting with flavor! The creamy dressing is so simple yet the best dressing combined with a couple of extra goodies! This salad has been my favorite since I can remember! And this pasta salad is a great salad idea! I make this salad almost every weekend and lately for lunches. I enjoy this salad as is, but you can try tossing in some cubed or shredded cooked chicken to elevate this already delicious salad. And do not forget to sprinkle extra bacon and cheese on top!
Ingredients
8 ounces Pasta Mini Shells
1 c. Mayonnaise
1/2 c. Cheddar & Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)
2 c. Frozen Peas
2 Green Onions (Sliced)
2 tablespoons Ranch Seasoning
6 strips Bacon (Chopped into small pieces)
How to make Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad
Step 1: Place water in a medium saucepan. Add salt and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add the pasta and cook for a few minutes until al dente.
Step 2: When done, drain the pasta and rinse with cold water. Place the cooked pasta in the fridge for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 3: Place the pasta in a large bowl. Add the peas, green onion, cheese, mayonnaise, ranch seasoning, and bacon. Toss well.
Step 4: Chill the salad in the fridge before serving.
Step 5: To serve, sprinkle with extra bacon and cheese on top. Enjoy!
