I love this recipe so much! These Bacon Wrapped Smokies are the best finger-food to serve ever! Whenever I have guests over, I always make sure to prepare these heavenly treats! My guests and friends just could not get enough of these smokies! I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you need to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! 2 14 ounces pcs Lit’l Smokies smoked sausage
2 package bacon Suggest Hormel Black Label
1 cup light brown sugar
Step 1: Slice the bacon into three.
Step 2: Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
Step 3: Wrap with bacon each of the sausage. Use a toothpick to seal each smokie.
Step 4: Line with aluminium foil a jelly-roll pan.
Step 5: Arrange the smokies onto the prepared jelly-roll pan.
Step 6: Sprinkle brown sugar on top.
Step 7: Place the smokies inside the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes or until done.
Step 8: Remove the smokies from the oven and let them sit at room temperature to cool for a few minutes.
Step 9: Serve warm and enjoy!
For extra flavour, melt butter and mix it with brown sugar, then pour it over the smokies.
